2/9 meal plan

Saturday 2/8
Pioneer Woman Hawaiian burgers with fries and fruit
- Phil was very skeptical when I told him about these burgers because he's  "purist" but he tried them and LOVED them.  Plus he had a blast making them with P, check out this adorable picture.


Sunday
Favorites 
 Greek stuffed bell peppers.
- found this gem of a recipe to use up some lurking feta and Tzatziki sauce from the fridge.  Had a little leftover filling to use this week with so wraps or pita bread for lunch



Monday
Pasta/seafood night
Black bean and sweet potato skillet
- didn't have chicken at home to use so I'm omitting and making it a meatless monday meal, also doubling and attempting to freeze a portion because I'm running low on freezer foods and I have some sweet potatoes I need to use up before they sprout

Tuesday
Freezer meal for game night
Home against La Vega
Chili with macaroni noodles or fritos topped with cheese and sour cream
- previously frozen in these amazing containers and will reheat in the mini crockpot

Wednesday
Asian/Mexican night
Sprialized Zuchini noodles with frozen meatballs and my favorite ALDI jar sauce

Thursday
Instant Pot/Casserole/easy night
Team dinner at May's

Friday-
Freezer/Pizza/Out game nights
Home vs Connally Senior night
Order out with grandparents here or something quick TBD
