9/19 meal plan

Favorites 
Moving smoker saturday to today because Phil is going to do a big ole pork butt I found on sale-
  • use the pork butt for cuban sandwiches
  • freeze leftovers in these containers for other easy meals (I'm thinking tacos, pulled pork sandwiches, enchiladas)  
  • Sides: fries and fruit /coleslaw

Monday
Pasta/seafood night

Fish tacos  and black beans with cilantro and lime
  • serve with sliced avocado, slaw, and creamy cilantro lime dressing

Tuesday
Taco Tuesday

(moved to Monday because Paige has dance class)
  • Phil is grilling smoked sausage, peppers and foil packet potatoes

Wednesday
Instant Pot/Casserole/Grill
Grilled chicken, Pasta salad, roasted broccoli
  • Chicken will just be in a Lawry's 15 min marinate
  • Box of ranch and bacon pasta salad
  • Toss Broccoli in olive oil and salt and roast at 400 for 20 mins

Thursday
Asian or Mexican
Freezer meal- possibly enchiladas or zuchini rollatini whatever sounds good on Wednesday

Friday-
Pizza or freezer
frozen pizza or leftovers
