9/5 meal plan

 Saturday

#smokersaturday
  • Pork tenderloin with a pork rub, wrapped in bacon, smoked and with a BBQ sauce glaze the last 25 minutes
  • Served with roasted broccoli (season with olive oil and salt, roast at 400 fro 20 minutes
  • Four cheese mashed potatoes 
Sunday
Favorites 
Leftover pizza and salad

Monday
Pasta/seafood night


Tuesday
Taco Tuesday

  • Ground beef tacos
  • Serve with lettuce, tomato, avocado, salsa and sour cream
  • side of refried beans

Wednesday
Instant Pot/Casserole/Grill
  • Gyro kit from Aldi (includes meat, pitas and tzatziki sauce)
  • roasted sweet potatoes with everything but bagel seasoning
  • cucumber tomato salad

Thursday
Asian or Mexican
  • Pasta with alfredo sauce, peas and cooked diced ham

Friday-
Pizza or freezer
frozen pizza or leftovers
