 Saturday

Grill or favorites

Pulled pork nachos

  • Using some previously smoked pork butt, tossed in Salt Lick BBQ sauce
  • Top with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, cheese

Sunday
#smokersunday

Ham, macaroni and cheese, artichokes, rolls
  • smoking a ham in the smoker for easter
  • Steamed artichokes served with melted butter and this dipping sauce
  • Broccoli for Paige and Elliott
  • Macaroni and cheese (previously frozen) thawed and cooked in the smoker

Monday
Pasta/seafood night
Ravioli and salad
  • Ravioli tossed in pasta sauce
  • Serve with a side salad and garlic bread

Tuesday
Taco Tuesday/Soup and sandwiches
*Dance class*
  • Chili from the freezer or left overs
Wednesday
Instant Pot/Casserole/Grill
Grilled Chicken, grilled veggies, roasted red potatoes
  • Marinate chicken with Lawrys marinate and grill
  • Chop zucchini, mushrooms, and red onion to marinate and grill
  • Roasted red potatoes with butter and parsley

Thursday
Asian or Mexican
Lettuce wraps
  • Use this sauce
  • add extra water chestnuts, top with green onions 

Friday-
Pizza or freezer
Pizza night
