6/28 meal plan


Saturday
#smokersaturday

Phil is out of town so no smoker Saturday.  Instead we are going to have some bean and beef burritos, topped with Queso from the farmers market and a little salad on the side


Sunday
Favorites 
Ground beef gyros with fries and topped with cucumber/tomato salad and feta cheese



Monday
Pasta/seafood night


Greek yogurt Asparagus and mushroom angel hair pasta with shrimp

Tuesday
Taco Tuesday

Shredded chicken tacos and refried beans. Cook the chicken in some green salsa in the crockpot all day and top with lettuce, tomato, sour cream and avocado. Serve with refried beans

Wednesday
Instant Pot/Casserole/Grill
Grilled chicken and squash/zucchini marinated in olive oil and lemon pepper and garlic seasoning.  Served with tortellini and pesto sauce as a side.

Thursday
Asian or Mexican
Ground turkey lettuce wraps using this sauce- We have to get it on Amazon lately because HEB is always out but we probably eat them every couple weeks so we use the sauce packets regularly.  We add extra water chestnuts because Paige loves them and will try to eat all of ours if we don't. Served with a side of Jasmine rice.

Friday-
Grill favorites or freezer
Pork chops, roasted red potatoes and brussel sprouts with balsamic glaze.
