7/5 meal plan


Saturday

 4th of July
We found a pre-seasoned brisket at Aldi the other week and I'm so excited to try it in the smoker.  Serve with some Salt Lick BBQ sauce, red potato salad and fresh fruit.


Sunday
Favorites 
Grilled chicken (marinate with Lawrys 20 minute mariade) moved from last week served with grilled zucchini and squash (tossed in olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, and Lawrys) and pesto tortellini.

Monday
Pasta/seafood night

Freezer casserole- I'm using one of the casseroles I froze before I had Elliott- either chicken spaghetti or king ranch casserole.  I used these containers to freeze casseroles and they work like a charm and are easy to label and stack.

Tuesday
Taco Tuesday

Leftover brisket for nachos- 
- Spread refried beans in bottom of a baking pan. Too with chopped brisket and Mexican cheese.  Bake at 350 for 20 mins or until cheese is melty.  Top with tomato, lettuce, avocado, and BBQ sauce



Wednesday
Instant Pot/Casserole/Grill
Leftovers/clean out the fridge

Thursday
Asian or Mexican
Leave for Vacation and will be spending the night in Dallas before a very early flight Friday- eating take out

Friday-
Grill favorites or freezer
Vacation
