7/19 meal plan


Saturday
#smokersaturday

We were traveling home from vacation so no smoker Saturday


Sunday
Favorites 
Pulling some frozen chicken pillows- similar to this recipe and serving with a cauliflower bake from the freezer since I haven't managed to grocery shop yet

Monday
Pasta/seafood night

Spiralized Zucchini noodles topped with our favorite Aldi spaghetti sauce and served with heated frozen meatballs and garlic bread

Tuesday
Taco Tuesday

Fish Tacos and black beans
- Top with slaw mix, sriracha mayo and avocado

Wednesday
Instant Pot/Casserole/Grill
Pork chops (marinate with Lawrys)
dill pickle pasta salad (love this recipe but be warned it makes a healthy serving so be prepared to eat leftovers (but it is delicious) 
roasted broccoli- toss in olive oil and sea salt and roast in the oven at 400 until slightly browned (around 20mins)

Thursday
Asian or Mexican
Use up leftover buffalo sauce, canned chicken and cream cheese

Friday-
Grill favorites or freezer
Pulled pork (from the freezer) (used containers like this to freeze), fries and this Watermelon salad
