7/26 meal plan


Saturday
#smokersaturday
Smoked Turkey breast  bribed and then butterflied to stuff with bacon and pesto
Serve with pesto tortellini and some smoked asparagus- top with shredded Gouda when it comes out of the smoker 

Sunday
Favorites 
Queso burgers with watermelon salad from last week's menu
Getting some bonus smoker fun this week and smoking the queso for a fun touch.  Serving with homemade guacamole and chips.

Monday
Pasta/seafood night
I have a meeting with daycare so keeping it simple and using us some leftovers from the weekend and serving it with a salad and watermelon. 


Tuesday
Taco Tuesday
Using. Korean BBQ taco kit I found at ALDI that I’ve been dying to try, served with Asian slaw and refried beans 

Wednesday
Instant Pot/Casserole/Grill
Salmon Cesar pasta salads.  Grill the salmon with a blackened  seasoning and serve over salads.  Side of roasted sweet potatoes. 

Thursday
Asian or Mexican
Chicken stir fry, use chicken breast and sauté with frozen Asian veggies and water chestnuts. Use sweet and sour sauce and serve over rice. 

Friday-
Grill favorites or freezer
Make your own pizza night- grabbing some fun mini pizza crusts, sauce and mozzarella then topping with combos pepperoni, mushroom, red onion, spinach
