8/22 meal plan

Saturday
#smokersaturday
Brats in the smoker, zuchini and spinach casserole to use our Pippa Hill farms produce and some lurking feta cheese, freeze half in these containers for an easy veggie side another night, red potato packets

Sunday
Favorites 
Eggplant parmesan- This was DELICIOUS and really not that hard to make.  Toddler ate two helpings of the "chicken nuggets" 



Monday
Pasta/seafood night

Pulled BBQ chicken and coleslaw- using leftover shredded cabbage from tacos to make the slaw . Serve with fries

Tuesday
Taco Tuesday

Chicken teriyaki tacos with pineapple, avocado and shredded carrots.

Wednesday
Instant Pot/Casserole/Grill
Grilled peppers and zucchini with  angel hair pasta and grilled chicken breasts- Cut large chicken breasts in half and marinate with Lawrys.

Thursday
Asian or Mexican
Egg roll in a bowl served over some soybean spaghetti I've been dying to try. 

Friday-
Grill favorites or freezer
Pizza night- serving a frozen pizza for us and Paige gets a personal mini cheese one.
