11/7 meal plan

 Saturday

Grill or favorites

Snack dinner with some leftover crackers/meats/cheeses from Halloween.

Sunday
#smokersunday
Wings in the smoker with smoked queso and chips/fries

Monday
Pasta/seafood night

Pulled pork tacos
  • Reheat meat in small crockpot
  • top with cilantro, queso, red onion, shredded cheese
  • serve with refried beans

Tuesday
Taco Tuesday/Soup and sandwiches
Phil scrimmage- Midway
Grabbing a bite to eat out with the kids since we will go straight from dance class to the scrimmage

Wednesday
Instant Pot/Casserole/Grill
  • Loading up the freezer with some different soups for Tuesday nights using these containers
  • Ordered a farm fresh basket and one of the items was a butternut squash so I'm excited to try this soup
  • will serve with crusty bread or garlic bread

Thursday
Asian or Mexican
*Phil JH Game*
Korean BBQ Dumplings or Southwestern eggrolls
  • Picked up several of these the other week at ALDI and we are slowly working our way through
  • will serve with fruit and mashed avocado for dipping

Friday-
Pizza or freezer
*Phil Scouting*
Quesadillas/Tacos with leftover pulled pork
  • serve with queso, red onion, shredded cheese, cilantro
  • refried beans
