1/16 meal plan

 Saturday

Grill or favorites

Grilled chicken sandwiches

  • Use frozen chicken and have Phil grill
  • serve on  Brioche buns with lettuce, tomatoes and burger sauce
  • side of roasted garlic parmesan red potatoes using my air fryer bake setting
  • tomato cucumber salad similar to this but we don't measure anything 

Sunday
#smokersunday
Out of town for Sadie birthday
  • Jenny and Paige will be in Austin and eating on the road
  • Phil and Elliott will have leftovers

Monday
Pasta/seafood night
Burgers, fries and grilled veggies
  • Phil will grill burgers
  • use leftover sandwich toppings (lettuce, tomato burger sauce and buns)
  • grill some mushrooms and peppers marinated in a lawrys seasoning
  • Cook a bag of root vegetable fries from ALDI in the sir fryer
Tuesday
Taco Tuesday/Soup and sandwiches
*Dance class and away game*
  • Leftovers soup from freezer
  • Snack box for Paige
Wednesday
Instant Pot/Casserole/Grill
Chicken pot pie
  • I froze a couple of these over break so I can just thaw and put in the oven for dinner
  • Serve with some fruit as a side
Thursday
Asian or Mexican
Dumplings with fried rice and edamame
  • Picked up some frozen Korean BBQ dumpling from ALDI the other week
  • Sides are steamed Edamame and fried rice
Friday-
Pizza or freezer
*Phil Game*
Pizza before the game
