Grill or favorites

Jenny and Paige at horse show- eat out, phil leftovers


Sunday
#smokersunday
Smoked chicken, asparagus and red potatoes packet
  • Using his favorite rub to smoke a whole chicken
  • Roasted asparagus tossed in butter, lemon pepper seasoning and garlic powder
  • Red potatoes in the smoker, chopped, olive oil and italian seasoning
Monday
Pasta/seafood night
Burgers, fries and grilled veggies
  • Phil will grill burgers
  • use leftover sandwich toppings (lettuce, tomato burger sauce and buns)
  • grill some mushrooms and peppers marinated in a lawrys seasoning
  • Cook a bag of root vegetable fries from ALDI in the air fryer
Tuesday
Taco Tuesday/Soup and sandwiches
*Dance class and away game*
  • Leftover soup from freezer
  • Snack box for Paige
Wednesday
Instant Pot/Casserole/Grill
  • previously frozen in containers like this
  • stuffed with shredded rotisserie chicken, spinach, cheese, black bean and corn
  • use premade HCF enchilada sauce
  • heat for 30 minutes from thawed
Thursday
Asian or Mexican
  • using ground beef to make a simple beef and broccoli meal
  • serve over jasmine rice
Friday-
Pizza or freezer
*Phil Game*
Pizza before the game
