2/13 meal plan

 Saturday

Grill or favorites

Zuppa Toscana Soup and garlic bread

  • Using up some leftover kale and hot sausage that were lurking
  • Adding gnocci instead of potatoes for ease

Sunday

Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, roasted broccoli
  • The easiest and best meatloaf recipe ever
  • Roasted broccoli, tossed in olive oil and salt.  Roast at 400 for 20 mins
Monday
Pasta/seafood night
Chili
  • Chili served over fritos and topped with sour cream and cheese
  • add diced chili tomatoes
Tuesday
Taco Tuesday/Soup and sandwiches
*Dance class and away game*
  • Leftover soup from freezer
  • Snack box for Paige
Wednesday
Instant Pot/Casserole/Grill
  • previously frozen in containers like this
  • stuffed with shredded rotisserie chicken, spinach, cheese, black bean and corn
  • use premade HCF enchilada sauce
  • heat for 30 minutes from thawed
Thursday
Asian or Mexican
  • using ground beef to make a simple beef and broccoli meal
  • serve over jasmine rice
Friday-
Pizza or freezer
*Phil Game*
Pizza before the game
