 Saturday

Grill or favorites

Moving last week's fajitas to this week after we were all too sick to eat them

  • Serve with black beans 
  • top with sour cream, salsa, grilled peppers and avocado

Sunday

Wings and fries for the big game
  • Wings in the smoker or air fryer
  • Fries
Monday
Pasta/seafood night
Alfredo pasta with chicken and roast broccoli
  • Thaw shredded chicken from the smoked chicken last weekend
  • Make this delicious and easy alfredo sauce
  • roast cut broccoli (prepped on Sunday) in olive oil and salt
Tuesday
Taco Tuesday/Soup and sandwiches
*Dance class and away game*
  • Leftover soup from freezer
  • Snack box for Paige
Wednesday
Instant Pot/Casserole/Grill
BBQ Brisket Nachos
  • previously frozen brisket thawed
  • line a glass baking dish with refried beans, top with brisket and mexican shredded cheese and bake for 20 mins
  • Add sliced tomatoes, avocado and lettuce and drizzle with BBQ sauce
Thursday
Asian or Mexican
Chicken pot pie 
  • previously frozen and made over christmas break
  • side of cut fruit
Friday-
Pizza or freezer
*Phil Game*
Pizza before the game
