2/27 meal plan

 Saturday

Grill or favorites

Grilled chicken, grilled veggies angel hair pasta 

  • Marinate the chicken with Lawry's 20 minute marinate
  • Season veggies with olive oil, lawrys seasoning and lemon pepper seasoning

Sunday
#smokersunday

Ravioli, meatballs and salad

Phil is home with kiddos and I am out to dinner with friends

Monday
Pasta/seafood night
Salmon, asparagus, rice
  • Use our favorite lemon dill sauce on the grilled salmon
  • Boxed rice and roasted aspargus topped with butter and lemon pepper seasoning
Tuesday
Taco Tuesday/Soup and sandwiches
*Dance class and away game*
  • Leftover soup from freezer
  • Snack box for Paige
Wednesday
Instant Pot/Casserole/Grill
Butter chicken served over rice
  • Using a jar of sauce I scored at Aldi the other week
  • roasting broccoli at 400 for 20 mins tossed in olive oil and salt
  • serve with naan bread (from freezer)
Thursday
Asian or Mexican
Lettuce wraps 
  • Use package sauce but double water chestnuts because they are a Paige favorite 
  • Serve over rice

Friday-
Pizza or freezer
*Phil Game*
Pizza before the game
