Grill or favorites

Hamburgers and hot dogs, smoked mac and cheese, fresh fruit

  • Grill hamburgers
  • fries
  • cut cantaloupe

Sunday

Make you rown pizza
  • Toppings to include- pepperoni, spinach, mushroom, red onion


Monday
Pasta/seafood night
Flounder, rice and asparagus
  • using frozen filets and breading them to pan fry
  • Roasted asparagus topped with olive oil, lemon pepper and garlic powder
  • Box of mixed rice

Tuesday
Taco Tuesday/Soup and sandwiches
*Dance class*
  • Chicken tortilla soup in the Instant pot while im gone
  • Snack box for Paige
Wednesday
Instant Pot/Casserole/Grill
Pork tenderloin, potatoes, broccoli
  • Pre-marinated pork tenderloin grilled
  • Au gratin potatoes
  • Roasted broccoli- toss in olive oil and some salt and roast at 400 for 20ish mins

Thursday
Asian or Mexican
Chicken sweet and sour stir fry
  • Cut chicken into pieces and cook in some oil, add frozen stir fry veggies, water chestnuts and pineapple and a jar of sweet and sour sauce and simmer for 15 mins
  • Serve over rice

Friday-
Pizza or freezer
Pizza night
