5/1 meal plan

 Saturday

Grill or favorites

Bacon log, 

  • Italian sausage stuffed with thick shredded cheese, then wrapped in bacon and smoked
  • Skillet sliced potatoes


Sunday

Quesadilla, black beans 

Monday
Pasta/seafood night
Brats and penne pasta
  • Cook pasta according to directions
  • In a pan put 2 cans diced tomatoes, diced garlic, one yellow squash and one zucchini squash sliced, one can great northern beans and a teaspoon of sugar. saute in pan until squash is tender.
  • Grilled brats on the side

Tuesday
Taco Tuesday/Soup and sandwiches
*Dance class*
  • Toasted sandwiches and chopped salad
Wednesday
Instant Pot/Casserole/Grill
Butter chicken
  • Using this recipe that is so easy and delicious
  • serve over naan bread and rice 

Thursday
Asian or Mexican
Grilled chicken taco salads
  • Marinate and grill chicken
  • Serve in taco bowls with lettuce, tomatoes, beans, avocado, refried beans and mexican cheese

Friday-
Pizza or freezer
Pizza night
