  Saturday

Grill or favorites

Fajitas (chicken or beef) with beans and sauteed peppers/onions

  • Phill grills chicken or steak
  • I will sautee peppers and onions
  • sides of lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream, salsa and jalapeno ranch and guac from chuys

Sunday
#smokersunday
Mothers Day so Phil has the whole day planned

Monday
Pasta/seafood night
Ham and cheese tortellini with ceasar salad
  • cheese tortellini with homemade sauce like this
  • use up leftover frozen ham pieces
  • chopped ceasar salad

Tuesday
Taco Tuesday/Soup and sandwiches
*Dance class*
  • Toasted sandwiches and salad or fruit
Wednesday
Instant Pot/Casserole/Grill
Pulled pork sliders with fries and fruit
  • Using leftover smoked pork butt, reheated in crockpot and tossed in BBQ sauce
  • make coleslaw and have sliders with Hawaiian rolls


Thursday
Asian or Mexican
Egg roll in a bowl
  • Use leftover ground turkey and coleslaw mix to make
  • serve over rice

Friday-
Pizza or freezer
Pizza night
