10/10 meal plan



Saturday

#smokersaturday

Phil is gone so we are keeping it simple and the kids and I are heading to Austin to see some good friends for the day and will eat there before we leave

Sunday
Smoker Sunday
Smoked pork tenderloin, baked potatoes, roasted asparagus

Monday
Pasta/seafood night

Shrimp Po Boys and fries with fruit
  •  Grill the shrimp with some blackening seasoning and serve on crusty rolls with tomatoes and remoulade sauce 
  • Bake some fries on the side and whatever fruit we need to use up

Tuesday
Taco Tuesday

Hatch salsa chicken taco salads with refried beans
  • Hatch chicken was previous cooked in the slow cooker with just a jar of salsa and then frozen
  • will reheat in the mini crockpot while we are at dance class
  • serve in Taco shells, with lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado, refried beans and cilantro lime dressing
Wednesday
Instant Pot/Casserole/Grill
Pulled pork chili served over fritos
  • Using my favorite chili recipe but putting smoked pork butt we froze a couple weeks ago

Thursday
Asian or Mexican
Pasta casserole from the freezer with shells, marinara and italian sausage

Friday-
Pizza or freezer
Supreme pizza
